Kirstin Lemieux

Owner & Coach

Kirstin is the co-owner of Caged CrossFit & has been coaching CrossFit since 2012. She joined the Caged Team in 2017. She is a graduate of the University of Florida where she got her bachelors in music performance. Kirstin has been a firefighter with Tampa Fire Rescue since 2010 and is currently a driver/engineer and paramedic. Outside of CrossFit and the fire department, Kirstin loves hot days by the pool watching her daughter swim, traveling the world every chance she gets, and doing anything together with her family.
