Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, chopped nuts, or shaved dark chocolate
